Well this week I’m at my local lake which is silksworth and I was on the hunt for a carp, this week I have changed tactics slightly from what I’m used to and hoped that they would work to catch me a carp, this week I’m fishing a regular spot were I like to fish mainly but this spot is a hard spot in the summer so its even harder in the winter, Tactics this week were standard tactics but different to me. On one rod I had a pop up “sticky baits white chocolate” attached to a standard lead clip sytem with rig tubing not lead core and on the other rig I had a standard lead clip attachment then I had a zig but instead of foam I had a pop up trimed down and the pop up was “mainline fruitella pink”  for the sessioni had no fish it was a hard and cold day  but still I went and enjoyed myself.
